DUNBLANE CHAMBER ORCHESTRA 

Dunblane Chamber Orchestra was formed in 2008 and is made up of experienced players from Dunblane and the surrounding area. 

The orchestra gives two concerts per year in May and November (each with four rehearsals), performing familiar and lesser-known works to our very appreciative audience.  

During the Covid years we got together via Zoom to both rehearse and have committee meetings. Finally, after the lock-downs we met in smaller groups and these events became known as our “Miniatures”.  They have now become a fun fixture in our calendar, giving us an opportunity to play and socialise without the pressure of a concert.

We held our second Community Play Day for adults, funded by the Co op, on 16th October 2022 and details of this can be found on our Events page.

Players subscription is £20 per concert, free to students and first time players.
